Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom ordered parts, installed batteries, fluids, bearings, bushings, and other consumable or any other products that are not immediately able to be resold are not eligible to be returned. Please contact us via email (SecondChanceRZRparts@Gmail.com) or Messenger to discuss an alternative in these situations.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some discontinued, blemished, other otherwise noted parts.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To Start your Return Process
Contact Second Chance RZR Parts by email or messenger so that all correspondence is in writing. Our email is SecondChanceRZRparts@gmail.com. We use Facebook messenger and you should see an option on our website to immediately connect to our chat. If not, our page can be found here.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If product is returned within our return period in identical resell-able condition, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will accept exchanges on unopened returned parts for another part of same value within 45 days, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 328, Hardin, TX, 77561, United States OR the agreed upon return address discussed during the return request.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned products in addition to any shipping costs involved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This averages around 2-5% of the initial purchase price, but can be much higher on physically large or heavy items. Examples of oversized/heavy parts are engines, wheels/tires, winches, differentials, frames, bumpers, plastic body parts, and others.
For the exact cost of shipping, please ask during your return request. Although we cover shipping on products, this is an accrued cost of delivering the part to you and will be deducted from the refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for damage or loss by carriers returning products.
