Polaris Engine Head Rebuild Service for 13-21 Ranger RZR General 570 900 1000
This service is for customers who are in the process of rebuilding their Polaris engine and need an experienced machine shop with the proper tools to resurface, set exhaust and intake valves with a multi angle valve job, set valve lash clearance to proper spec, replace valve seals, and check tolerances assembled.
Includes: Valve Seals and Basic Labor for rebuilding of Polaris 570 900 or 1000 engine head. Additional damages and parts do cost extra. Not all heads are cost effective to rebuild but we will inspect and write rebuild quote on any DOHC Polaris head sent to us.
Customer must send their Polaris head they would like rebuilt within 14 days of purchase or order will be canceled. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Upon purchase you will be sent (within 24hrs) packaging instructions and info for sending in your head. Usual turnaround is 7-14 days once received, we are partnered with an experienced third party machine shop to provide this service at a reasonable price so turnaround may increase in times of high demand.
